I didn't receive my order, what do I do?
If you didn't recieve your order, please contact customer service at websales@ninabucci.com , include your name, address, phone number and order number, and one of our customer service team members will contact you to solve your problem.

Has my order been shipped?
You should have received an email when your order was shipped. Most orders processed before 3pm eastern time are shipped in the same business day.

I'd like to carry your products. How do I get wholesale information?
Please send an email to: wholesale@nincabucci.com. Once we recieve it, we will have someone contact you regarding carrying NinaBucci/SquareFit Products.

Help! Something is missing from my order!
One or more items are sold out or in back order. If partially items of the order are on backorder, you won't be charged until we ship it to you. Usual turnaround time for backorders is 3-4 weeks.

What's the Return/Exchange Policy?
All returns and exchanges for regular sales are accepted within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked. Super Sale Items: Exchanges only, no refunds.
All items must be returned in perfect condition.
Restocking fees will apply for items with missing tags or/and after 30 days of purchase.
For Super Sale or Promotions we accept only exchanges, no returns. Orders with returned items that fall below $150.00 will incur shipping charges. This means that we will discount the freight costs from your credit back.
