Fashion Fitness Wear Size Chart
Sizing is always controversial when it comes to
women's stretch fitness wear, so we designed a new size chart based on fit and
compression using our exclusive pressure model (please see picture).

For sports and exercises it is recommended the use
of breathable fabrics and clothes with some compression to hold the body and
reduce the bounce movement with no restrain on full motion range. That's why we
use a special blend of Supplex and Lycra (from Dupont/Invista or Rhodia) with a
stretch factor of
over 40%, giving you support, compression and comfort.
Most of our clothes have a snug fit and are designed
for women of all ages who desire a youthful fit. Because our fabrics are
very stretchy, each size can fit a wide range of women, it depends on the desire
compression:
- Low: 10% stretch
- Regular: 15% stretch
- High: 20% stretch
Example: Size: Small, Bust: 30" will give you 10% stretch
with low compression; Size: Small, Bust: 34" will give you 20% stretch and high
compression.
