FashionFitnessWear.com is committed to your fully satisfaction with your purchase. We gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise for full refund or exchange.

You may return all items purchased at FashionFitnessWear.com within 30 days of the original delivery. We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping amount, but we will pay the first shipment of your replacement item(s). Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. If you received free shipping and with your returned items the order fall below $150.00 it will incur shipping charges, this means that we will discount the freight costs from your credit back.

We will process and credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 2 to 4 weeks of receiving the returned item.

Only exchanges (no refunds) will be accepted after 30 days, we will issue a merchandise/gift certificate to be used at your convenience.

On Super Sale items or Special Promotions only exchanges (no refunds) will be accepted, we will issue a merchandise/gift certificate to be used at your convenience.

All items must be in perfect resalable conditions, no signs of wear (sweat, make-up, deodorant, washed) with original packing and tags attached.
